Move at Your Own Pace
I believe that the most radical thing you can do in a world captivated by fixing is to simply exist in your individual rhythm.
For many of us—the creatives, the neurodivergent, those living with chronic illness—the traditional medical and therapeutic models have seemed like a mold we were never intended to fit. We have been taught that our sensitivity is a deficit, our exhaustion is a failure of will, and our bodies are problems to be solved.
My practice was born from the realization that authenticity is not found in conformity. It is found in the reclamation of your own personal landscape.
Olivia Clear, LPCC
A Guide Who Has Walked the Path
I am Olivia Clear, and my work is rooted in my own lived experience navigating autoimmune illness and ADHD. I understand the specific grief of lost plans, the exhaustion of handling systems that weren’t made for you, and the quiet power of a brain that thinks in metaphors rather than straight lines.
I view you as someone with diverse and complex systems that already carry the wisdom you need to expand.
My Clinical Philosophy: Working with the Wave
In our work, we move away from the pressure of "making progress" and toward the somatic reality of what I call the “Wave.” We focus on the natural rise and settling of your experiences, using imagery and somatic awareness to create a foundation of safety.
Whether we are engaging in individual therapy or ketamine-assisted work, my approach is focused on:
Integrative depth: Moving beyond the "aha" moment of insight and into the actual, physical integration of change within your nervous system.
Relational integrity: Creating a collaborative place where you don't have to explain your neurodivergence or your illness—where your lived experience is the primary authority.
Creative reclamation: Engaging with the metaphors and symbols of your inner world to find meaning that feels alive, spiritual, and deeply personal.
Foundation and Training
My work is built on a combination of grounded clinical training and a strong respect for the embodied and the mystical.
