Take the first step & get in touch for a 20-minute phone call. Please make sure to let me know which service(s) you are interested in when contacting me. All services offered occur online via a secure telehealth platform.
Our call won’t be too scary! I’ll ask you about previous experiences in therapy, what you would like to work on (don’t worry if the idea is vague — we can dig deeper!), previous diagnoses, and scheduling.
Finding the right therapist is a lot like choosing the right business or romantic partner. I hear from many clients that it’s challenging to find a psychotherapist in California even after spending hours on Psychology Today or Bay Area Open Minds, so let’s go ahead and talk to see if we’re a fit.

After our pre-session consultation, I will send you the necessary forms via my electronic health record, Simplepractice. You’ll complete these before your first appointment.
Welcome…
When we meet, we will talk about what brought you to therapy and set some plans for our work together. If you’re used to receiving therapy or health services through a larger provider (ie: working with a Kaiser therapist) it might feel like a very different experience to meet with me online or on the phone. I want you to feel safe and comfortable, so feel free to ask questions about how we will work.
