This work is for you if:

You're ready to go somewhere real, not just feel temporarily better. You want to understand what your experience was pointing toward and let that actually change something.

You're open to a process that moves at its own pace. Some weeks that means a conversation. Others it means making something, writing something, sitting with something uncomfortable. You're willing to show up for that regularly.

You want a witness, not just a sounding board. Someone who can hold what you bring without flinching and help you find your own way through it.

You're not looking for someone to tell you what your experience meant. You want help figuring that out yourself.

A note on legal boundaries:

I don't administer, provide, or distribute any psychedelic or psychoactive substances. I don't offer sitter services for illegal substance use. My work is integration, helping you make meaning of experiences you've already had, within the bounds of my licensure and the law.

If you're unsure whether what you're looking for fits that, reach out and we can talk it through.

Psychedelic Integration Therapy in California

You had an experience. Now what?

Maybe it was a retreat. A ceremony. Psilocybin with people you trust, or alone. Breathwork that took you somewhere you didn't expect. An artwork session that cracked something open. You've read Michael Pollan. You've scrolled Reddit and Goop at midnight trying to understand what happened to you.

Something shifted. You're just not sure what to do with it.

That's where this work begins.

What psychedelic integration therapy actually is

Non-ordinary states can be genuinely healing and also genuinely disorienting. They don't come with instructions. What surfaced might feel like a gift, or a door you're not sure how to walk through, or something that scared you a little. Often all three.

Integration is the process of making meaning from what you experienced and letting it actually change how you live. Not just talking about it, but feeling it settle into your days, your relationships, your sense of who you are now.

As a licensed therapist in California, I work with people who have had experiences through ketamine, psilocybin, MDMA, breathwork, or other non-ordinary states and need support making sense of what arose.

How we work together

We work in a space that's honest, unhurried, and harm-reduction focused. I don't provide legal or medical advice, and I don't work with illegal substances. What I do is help you understand your own experience more deeply and figure out what it's asking of you.

Sessions are telehealth, available to anyone in California.

If you're sitting with something you can't quite name yet, that's exactly the right place to start.

Let’s Talk.
